Stoic Ideas is a collection of ideas inspired by Stoicism. I always liked quotes by stoics I came across, like Seneca or Marcus Aurelius, but it was only when I stumbled upon some TED talks on YouTube that I became really intrigued. My next step was to go to the local library, where I found The Little Book of Stoicism by Jonas Salzgeber.
By reading the book, I came to the realization that I already follow some of the advice of the stoics and that their philosophy resonates with me. The stoic way came naturally to me and I began to explore Stoicism. This website is the result of my exploration and learning, and, inspired by books like Show Your Work, I am sharing my ideas with you.
